Sunset Sail

The Adriatic saves its best light for last. Our sunset cruise slips out of ACI Marina Pula as the heat softens and the sea turns to glass — three hours timed to put you on the water for the golden hour and the slow burn of the sky behind the Istrian coast. We sail out, find a calm spot and let the boat drift while the colours change. There's time for a last swim in warm, still water, and the stand-up paddleboard and snorkelling gear are on board and included if you want them — a dip off the side as the sun drops is hard to beat. Water, cola, fanta, beer and wine are included — there's no bar tab at the end. It's the most romantic, most photogenic few hours we offer, and with a GoPro and a drone available on request we can capture it from the water and the air — sails lit gold, you on deck — footage you'll actually want to share. Then it's sails up for a gentle run home in the afterglow, the marina lights coming on ahead. A small group, an unhurried pace, and the kind of sunset you'll still be talking about long after the trip is over.
